Jayne Gumpel, LCSW
WorkJoy Facilitator, Coach, Therapist and Mindfulness Teacher
Jayne is a master facilitator with over 25 years of experience leading executive forums and business development groups. Jayne has extensive training and experience in mindfulness, psychology, group dynamics and coaching including tenure as a Chair with Vistage International, a leading CEO Membership Organization. She is a teacher of MBSR (Jon Kabat - Zinn's Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction ) and has a daily meditation practice for the past 20 years. Jayne is the co-founder of Accessmindfulness.org a 501c3 non - profit organization committed to bringing mindfulness education and practices into whole school organizations with a focus on adult development and support. Jayne has a successful private psychotherapy practice in Midtown Manhattan.
David Gumpel

David is an optimist at heart. His personal mission is to cultivate, over his life span, an awakened and passionate life. He has an endless drive to learn and develop himself to expertly guide his clients. His passion along with the skills and tools as a Master Coach, allow him to work hard for each individual, enabling them to face life’s challenges and get closer to their goals. David works with individuals and groups using a mindfulness based coaching philosophy. He also works with groups to help individuals integrate mindfulness into workplace settings.
Ari Mack

As a consultant at Cornell, Ari has enjoyed guiding teams and individuals from all over campus. Joy for his work stems from a passion for helping others in any way possible. Whether it’s through leadership training, process improvement, applied positive psychology, or mindfulness, Ari’s motivation to help other’s succeed is boundless. Leveraging his greatest strengths allows Ari to bring out, and cultivate, a positive human experience that he believes is the primary element in coalescence of Work and Joy.
